The airship-survival Forever Skies could convince at its Early Access launch – the ratings on Steam could hardly be more positive.
The developers also revealed what we can expect in the next updates and published the roadmap for the game, called “Future Flight Map”.
What content is planned?
The published roadmap is divided into three parts – features, content and support.
In the features section, we can look forward to co-op with up to four games, and the game’s combat system is also to be expanded.
But the airship will also be expanded and improved, for example with a garden feature.
As for the content itself, we can expect more about the story behind Forever Skies. There will be new locations to tell the story and of course you will be able to collect more artifacts and meet new creatures there.
More equipment is planned for the airship itself, and with new paint jobs and furniture you’ll soon make your flying base even more of a home.
In terms of support, the small development team plans to add support for more languages, full support for controller control, and regular bug fixes and patches.
The content shown on the roadmap should all definitely be implemented, but developer Far From Home doesn’t want to commit to an order.
There should be a big update every 3-4 months, and smaller patches should appear in between.
