With the recently released “Locked & Loaded” update, Fallout 76 has received some features that the community has been asking for.

Locked & Loaded – what’s in the update

Card loadouts

One new feature is SPECIAL loadouts, which allow you to save and quickly switch between two sets of your status and PERK cards. To do this, you’ll need to go to a punch card machine at the stations starting at level 25 – or build your own.

Two camps

In the future, you will also be able to choose between two options when it comes to camps. You can now save two versions of your camp and easily select them from the C.A.M.P. locations menu at the top left of the map.
So if you find a perfect spot for a new camp and don’t want to tear down your existing base for it, just build a second one if you’re in doubt!
By the way, the inventory of the different sales machines will be shared between both bases!

Daily operations

The update also introduces the new Daily Operations decryption mode, which has new locations, enemies, mutations and rewards in store for you.
This doubles the number of available daily operations.

Season 4

Season 4 also had its launch and brings in a new game board where you can once again climb up to 100 ranks and unlock a variety of rewards.
In terms of content, it’s all about putting an end to Commissioner Chaos and his robot gang with Armor Ace and the Power Patrol.

As for the rewards, you’ll get armor outfit dolls, weapon skins, paint jobs for your power armor, and a golden toilet – now that’s an incentive!

Quality of Life changes

The extensive update for Fallout 76 is rounded off with various smaller adjustments and fixes.

Among them are the hit detection for melee attacks, the optional aiming aid for controllers, and the possibility to directly craft several items at once.
There is also a better menu to display all activities on the world map – be it events, nuke zones or player stores.

The complete patch notes for the “Locked & Loaded” update can be found on the official website.
