The latest patch for Escape from Tarkov fixes some bugs that have plagued the community in recent weeks and tweaks the VEPR Hunter.

The most important changes and fixes

The most important changes of the patch concern the sound, the eternal problem child of the game. For example, you can now hear again when a player puts on a weapon and you can also hear again when someone gets a break.
The volume for searching and equipping for other players has also been adjusted and is back at the “right” level.

In terms of bug fixes, there is now again the possibility to sort the quests by maps, which was also not possible the last few weeks.
In addition, a number of bugs on Streets of Tarkov have been fixed, including different timers for vehicle extraction points, incorrectly reacting landmines and extraction zones not working correctly.

Fans of NVIDIA Reflex technology can also rejoice, as the feature now provides smoother performance as intended rather than FPS drops.

Among the unlisted changes is the adjustment of the VEPR Hunter (Vepr Hunter / VPO-101 7.62 x 51 carbine) in the game.
Their recoil has been significantly reduced, making them once again a valid option for players.
