The final part of the Age of Sorcery update for survival title Conan Exiles is here.
We reveal what you can look forward to in chapter 3!

Ritual & Sacrifice

In the game world you will now find a large tower that sends a colored column of light into the sky. Here a wizard is waiting for you, who will give you the task to interrupt the ritual of Kurak, which could otherwise lead to the downfall of the world.
At the end of this task you will have to face Kurak himself and confront him in battle.

The developers’ goal was to tell a story over several updates, as they tried to do for the first time with Age of Sorcery.
This type of storytelling will continue to be used in future updates.

Create your own golem

With the update you can create your own golem, which will then obey you. To do this, you need to collect various golem parts from the game world and then put them together to bring the construct to life.
The golem can then assist you in combat or help you gather resources.

To bring the golem to life you need the ancient blood of the Giant Kings, a new resource that you can now get in the game from a new type of monster.

Revised Journey System

The revised journey system is intended to make it easier to get started in Conan Exiles, but at the same time you should retain all the freedom. So you can choose different paths, for example the warrior path.
Then you’ll have to complete various subtasks – dodge attacks, perform a kick, craft a mace, and so on – and receive rewards at the end.

You can change paths at any time and focus on other tasks. There is something for all players – survival, warrior, archer, alchemist, blacksmith or base builder and farmer.

New Battle Pass & Bazaar Items

A new chapter of course means new cosmetic items and a new Battle Pass. In chapter 3 you have the possibility to extend your building style with many elements of the Turanians.
With these you can, among other things, build secret passages into your buildings!

In the Battle Pass you will find blood crystal weapons, new looks for the new golems, a Turanian camel pet and more.

What’s next?

The good news first – Conan Exiles will definitely continue. The bad news is that the developers don’t want to tell us how yet.

Judging by the last updates for the survival title, we can’t wait to see what Funcom has planned next!
