Conan Exiles celebrates its 5th birthday with items and a sale

Survivalgame Conan Exiles celebrates its fifth birthday. Funcom celebrates this fact with in-game items, a sale and collected memories from the community and developers.

This is how Funcom celebrates the birthday

If you haven’t tried out the barbarian survival hit yet, this sale is the perfect opportunity to do so. The main game is currently 50% off, and the large expansion The Isle of Siptah is currently 20% cheaper.

If you already own the game, the developers have also prepared something for you. Just visit the bazaar and grab the free birthday package.
It contains a golden pickaxe, a birthday cake and a birthday decal with which you can embellish your base.

Funcom has also put together a video (attached below) that captures impressions and milestones from the developers’ and community’s perspective, starting with the servers’ launch 5 years ago.
In an info-graphic also published on Steam, the developers also present some interesting information.

For example, crocodiles are the most common NPCs responsible for player deaths, insects are the most used food, over 9 million spells have been cast since the launch of the Age of Sorcery update – and a staggering amount of human body parts have been collected in the game.
