The next playtest for the vampire battle royale Bloodhunt will take place this weekend. We tell you how long you can test, how you can get access and what exactly there is to test!
Duration of the playtest
The closed playtest will run from Friday, March 25 at 10am CET time until Monday, March 28 at 10am CET.
How to get access
If you have already participated in the alpha test of Bloodhunt, you should simply download the new version via Steam and be able to participate again.
For everyone else, there are currently two ways to get keys – via Discord and via stream raffles.
- Join the official Bloodhunt Discord and sign up in the channel #playtest.
- Visit one of the many streams on Twitch.tv and look for the word “Keys” in the title and take part in the raffles
OR
The total number of possible entries is limited, so there may be no keys left at some point.
This is what the new playtest offers
Among other things, you can test the revised and improved tutorial of Bloodhunt, which introduces you to the game mechanics.
After that, you have two game modes to choose from to play:
- Bloodhunt Mode (Solo) – A Battle Royale mode in that you have extra lives that you can use to re-enter.
- Battle Royale mode (Trios) – A classic battle royale mode with three players.
You will of course have the different vampire archetypes to choose from and can gradually unlock different weapon types to use in the game.
At release, Bloodhunt is intended to be a Free2Play title – and is scheduled to launch on Steam and the PlayStation 5 in Spring 2022, accessible to everyone who is interested.
