We have known for some time now that there is to be a series adaptation for Fallout, which will be produced by Amazon.
Now the first actor who will play a role in the series has been announced.

First role is a ghoul

The first role in the series is now filled by Walton Goggins. We know the actor so far from movies like The Hateful 8, Django Unchained or even Ant-Man and the Wasp.
In the Fallout series, Goggins will probably take on the role of a ghoul, a heavily irradiated human who survived the nuclear catastrophe – more or less.

What’s exciting, of course, is that almost all the characters the actor embodies are crooks and criminals.
All of them dance between madness, wit and cunning – so perfect for the wacky Fallout universe and an exciting story.

What we also already know

The last information about the series mainly dealt with the top-class production team that Amazon and Bethesda have assembled.

However, all parties have so far remained silent on the plot or possible roles.

Production on the series is scheduled to start this year, probably in the second half of 2022, which means we probably won’t see the series until 2023 or 2024.
However, it remains exciting to see who will fill other roles in the project.
